Return policy
All orders are final sale. Because each Kimi piece is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges at this time.
We encourage you to review the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order. If you're unsure about sizing, feel free to contact us before purchasing—we're happy to help you find the best fit!
For hygiene reasons, all swimwear and other undergarment items are final sale. International orders are also final sale due to customs, duties, and import regulations.
Manufacturing
All pieces are handmade by me in Los Angeles using carefully sourced deadstock fabrics. Each item is made to order to reduce waste and promote thoughtful production.
Modifying your order
You can modify or cancel your order as long as production has not begun. Since all items are made to order, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible after placing your order if you need to make any changes.
